Served as interim chief executive officer of East Cooper Medical Center for the past five months. Joined Novant Health as the Charleston area chief financial officer in 2023 before being promoted to chief financial officer of the South Carolina Region last year. Tuley oversaw all financial operations across the South Carolina Region and played a pivotal role in the hospital's ongoing integration efforts into the Novant Health family.
