Jennifer Jackson

UC Health Vice President Operations, West Chester Hospital Site Leader and Chief Nursing Officer

Jennifer Jackson, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, rejoined UC Health to lead UC Health West Chester Hospital as part of a new, best-in-class, nurse-led site leadership model. She began on September 11, 2023. In this role, she oversees the operations of West Chester Hospital and also provides leadership of system patient experience, capacity management and pastoral and volunteer services. Jackson has more than 20 years of experience at UC Health's University of Cincinnati Medical Center and most recently served as chief nursing officer of Mercy Health-Cincinnati's West Hospital since 2019. She is also an adjunct faculty member at the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing. Jackson holds a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Evansville in Indiana and a master's degree in nursing from Xavier University.
