[6] Obtained her bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College and attended medical school at the former Brown-Dartmouth Medical Program. [6] Completed her pediatric residency at Hasbro Children's Hospital and was selected to serve an additional year as chief resident in pediatrics. [6] She is a diplomat of the American Board of Pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. [6]
