Sherry Bunten

President of Aspirus Langlade Hospital & Clinics

Sherry Bunten was named the new President of Aspirus Langlade Hospital & Clinics effective October 8, 2021. She had served as Interim President since March 2021. Bunten began her tenure at Aspirus Langlade in 2002 as a Staff Development Coordinator and Infection Control Nurse. She then held the role of Nurse Manager of the Inpatient Units for 10 years until 2014 when she became the Vice President of Patient Care and Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). As VP-Patient Care/CNO, Bunten successfully facilitated the hospital's Baby Friendly designation (2017) and Aspirus Langlade Nursing's journey to Pathway to Excellence designation (2018). She has also served in interim roles at Aspirus Medford and Aspirus Keweenaw.
