[2, 3, 4] He was previously the chief operating officer at Medical West, an affiliate of UAB Health System in Birmingham, Alabama, since 2013. [2, 3, 8] Tinney has a master's degree in health administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a bachelor's degree in health services administration from Auburn University.
