Has a long and distinguished career in healthcare leadership. Prior to this role, he was a partner with McKinsey and Company for 14 years, working with large pediatric and adult hospital systems. He trained at Brigham and Women's Hospital Program in Urology at Harvard Medical School. He earned his undergraduate degree from Stanford University and his medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine. He was a member of the Franciscan Children's Board since 2019 and led the development of the organization's five-year strategic plan.
