Misty Robertson

CEO, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Nursing Officer

Misty brings a wealth of leadership experience to our organization. Her leadership career began as Director of Emergency and Critical Care, eventually advancing into Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) roles at both Critical Access and larger hospitals. She currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Nursing Officer at St. Luke's Nampa Medical Center and Fruitland Medical Center. Throughout her career, Misty has remained focused on improving quality, safety, and the overall patient experience. Academically, Misty holds a Master of Science in Health Services Administration and a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Leadership. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. A lifelong learner, she is passionate about developing future leaders and has mentored countless professionals throughout her career. Misty also teaches as an adjunct professor in both the Nursing and MBA programs at Boise State University.
