Tara Beth Anderson

Hospital President, Baptist Medical Center Nassau

MSN, RN, NE-BC. With an extensive background in health care leadership, Anderson brings both operational and clinical expertise to this role. Prior to joining Baptist Nassau, she served as chief nursing officer at HCA Florida Capital Hospital in Tallahassee. She has also held leadership roles at HCA Frankfort Regional Medical Center in Kentucky, HCA Tulane Health System in Louisiana, LifePoint Healthcare Teche Regional Medical Center in Louisiana and Carteret Health Care in North Carolina. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Executive Healthcare Leadership from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and received her Master of Science in Nursing and Post-RN Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University. Anderson holds certifications as a Nurse Executive, Board Certified (NE-BC).

Glen Martin

Vice President of Medical Affairs, Baptist Beaches and Baptist Nassau

MD, FASA. Dr. Martin works closely with the medical staffs and administration of Baptist Medical Center Beaches and Baptist Medical Center Nassau to deliver patient-centric, effective and streamlined clinical care. Throughout his 19 years on Baptist Health's medical staff, he has held numerous leadership roles, including chief of staff for Baptist Beaches during the COVID-19 pandemic. He also served on the Medical Staff Quality Management Committee and was chairman for seven years. Dr. Martin is a board-certified anesthesiologist and a fellow of the American Society of Anesthesiology. He received his Doctor of Medicine at University of Kansas Medical School and completed an internship at Portsmouth Naval Hospital. He completed his residency at University of Kansas Medical School and a fellowship in Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology at the University of Alabama Birmingham. He received a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri. Dr. Martin's career includes serving in the United States Navy as a submarine medical Officer from 1991 to 1994. He is also medical director and assistant professor in the Anesthesia Department at Nova Southeastern University Jacksonville where he provides strategic program leadership and teaches and mentors student anesthesiologist assistants.
