She developed a highly credentialed alcohol and drug prevention team and managed the Columbus Comprehensive Harm Reduction Program. Moretti also owns and operates The Moretti Group, which provides contract services and grant writing in the Intellectual/Developmental Disability and Harm Reduction space. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Health Policy Institute of Ohio and was appointed Commissioner on the Ohio Minority Health Commission by Governor Mike DeWine.
