HM Treasury has published draft legislation to bring certain cryptoassets within the financial services regulatory perimeter, amending current perimeter rules in the Financial Services and Markets Act (Regulated Activities) Order 2001 (RAO) [21]. The government's policy intent is to ensure that cryptoasset firms serving UK retail customers should be authorized in the UK [21]. Firms authorized to carry on these activities will be able to approve their own financial promotions [21]. The new cryptoasset regulated activities are included under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Carrying on Regulated Activities by Way of Business) Order 2001 [21].

UnitedHealth Group is taking an aggressive approach to recover outstanding balances on loans issued to healthcare providers affected by the February cyberattack on Change Healthcare [19]. Many healthcare providers have struggled financially and have found it difficult to repay the loans in full, with some complaining about having claims rejected for failing to meet filing deadlines [19]. Some providers have been unable to file claims for 8 months after the ransomware attack [19]. Healthcare providers have been receiving threatening letters demanding repayment in full or risk having reimbursement for claims withheld [19].

He began his financial career at Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, where he worked for 12 years and progressed to CFO, managing financial planning and support for divisions with significant revenues. George Dunaway holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Vanderbilt University and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
