Janice E. Nevin, MD, MPH, is a visionary and collaborative health care leader who became President and CEO of ChristianaCare in 2014, the first woman to lead the system. [3, 7, 9] She is nationally recognized as a pioneer in value-based care and population health. [9, 12, 13] Dr. Nevin is committed to health equity, anti-racism, and improving health outcomes while lowering costs. [12] Under her leadership, ChristianaCare developed the CareVio™ data-driven care coordination platform and earned national recognition for caregiver wellbeing. [12, 13] She previously served as Chief Medical Officer, Chief Patient Safety Officer, and Chair of Family and Community Medicine at ChristianaCare, and led the transformation of the Wilmington Campus. [4, 7, 9] Dr. Nevin graduated from Harvard University, earned her MD from Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University, and holds an MPH from the University of Pittsburgh. [3, 4, 9, 12, 13] She is a Professor of Family and Community Medicine at Sidney Kimmel Medical College. Rob McMurray is the Chief Financial Officer of ChristianaCare, responsible for the direction and oversight of all financial operations, treasury, contracting, strategic financial planning, enterprise risk, internal audit, real estate, design and construction, and the office of integration. [2, 6, 17, 19] He also oversees supply chain operations. [2, 6, 19] He joined ChristianaCare in 2008 as Vice President and Controller. [6, 19] Prior to that, he was a senior manager at Ernst & Young. [6] He holds degrees from Temple University and Drexel University and completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School. [6, 17] Mr. McMurray is on several boards, including the Delaware Center for Maternal Fetal Medicine, eBrightHealth ACO, The Center for Spine Surgery, and the ChristianaCare Insurance Company. Randall Gaboriault, MS, MBA, is the Senior Vice President, Chief Digital and Information Officer for ChristianaCare. [15, 22] He is responsible for driving digital innovation and leveraging technology to improve patient care and the healthcare experience. [20, 21, 24] He believes in the 'Delaware advantage' for transforming healthcare through technology. [15] Mr. Gaboriault joined ChristianaCare in 2010 after working at Teleflex. [15] He also serves as board chair for the Delaware Health Information Network. [15, 22] His work in IT has been recognized with numerous awards and he is an inductee into the CIO Magazine Hall of Fame. [15] He holds degrees from Temple, Dartmouth, and Oxford. [15]
Neil Jasani, MD, MBA, FACEP, is ChristianaCare's Chief Clinical Officer. [14, 18] He reports directly to President and CEO Janice E. Nevin. [14] Dr. Jasani provides oversight for clinical effectiveness, Academic Affairs, the Office for Scientific Research, and the Institute for Learning, Leadership & Development (iLEAD). [14] He also serves as ChristianaCare's Chief Academic Officer. [14] He has an extensive background in graduate medical education, having served in various program director roles for Emergency Medicine since 1992. [7, 10, 14, 18] Dr. Jasani was also instrumental in overseeing ChristianaCare's workplace culture as Chief People Officer. [14, 18, 23] He is a professor at Sidney Kimmel Medical College and an affiliated professor at the University of Delaware. [14] He graduated from Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed his emergency medicine residency at ChristianaCare. [10, 14] He is a national leader in quality and safety. [14]
Dia Williams Adams, MPA, is the Vice President of Development (also referred to as Vice President of Philanthropy) at ChristianaCare, a role she assumed in September 2021. [5, 16, 27] She leads the development team and is responsible for securing philanthropic support and fostering a culture of philanthropy. [1, 16] She has almost two decades of experience in healthcare and philanthropy. [16, 25] Prior to joining ChristianaCare, she was the executive director of College Possible Philadelphia and held leadership roles at Virtua Health Foundation, Delaware State University, and the Crozer-Chester Foundation. [1, 5, 16, 25] Ms. Williams Adams earned a master's degree in public administration from Villanova University and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Neumann University. [5, 16, 25] She serves on the board of The Community's Foundation and was the founding board chair of Sunday Suppers Philadelphia. [16, 25]
Kristen Raber is the Vice President of System Integration for ChristianaCare, appointed to this role in October 2021. [1, 5, 8] She is responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent approach to internal and external integration activities and overseeing long-term value creation, including the evaluation of acquisitions. [1, 5, 8] Ms. Raber has been with ChristianaCare since 2006 and has experience in IT project management, business relationship management, and was previously Corporate Director of IT Cloud Innovation.
