Blake Hubbard, who previously served as a regional vice president for Plano, Texas-based Legent Health, was appointed as the new chief executive officer (CEO) of Valley View Medical Center in Fort Mohave, Arizona. Valley View Medical Center is part of the Lifepoint Health system. Hubbard's appointment became effective on February 19, 2024. Lifepoint Health highlighted Hubbard's leadership experience and track record in improving organizational efficiencies and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care as key factors in his selection for the CEO role.

PSN Affiliates, which operates under the Legent Health brand and is headquartered in Plano, TX, announced an expansion in the Houston market through a strategic affiliation with Advanced Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine (AOSM). This expansion led to Legent North Houston Surgical Hospital in Tomball becoming PSN's third facility in Houston. The new surgical hospital features a fully integrated artificial intelligence (AI) operating room with robotic programs for total joint and spine cases, aimed at improving surgical outcomes and recovery times. The facility offers a range of orthopedic and spine services and aims to provide convenient, high-quality care closer to home for patients in North Houston.

As part of its ongoing strategic expansion plans, PSN Affiliates | Legent Health completed a new 59,741-square-foot medical office building (MOB) containing an ambulatory surgery center (ASC) near San Antonio in Westover Hills, Texas. Developed in partnership with Remedy Medical Properties and Medical Facilities Holdings, the facility expands Legent Health's presence in the San Antonio area. The ASC within the building is 15,121 square feet and includes four operating rooms with shelled space for future expansion. This development represents Legent Health's first ground-up project in the San Antonio suburbs, aiming to meet a need for a new MOB and expanded ASC capabilities in the area.
