Mr. David Allazetta has been Chief Executive Officer of Arizona & New Mexico Market and President of Arizona & New Mexico Market at UnitedHealth Group Incorporated since September 2015. Mr. Allazetta has been working in UnitedHealthcare's Las Vegas market for 20 years. Before joining UnitedHealthcare in Nevada, he served as Director of senior products for Sierra Health Services until 2008, when Sierra merged with UnitedHealthGroup. He is also certified as an Academy of Healthcare Management Professional and maintains his license in health, life, property, casualty and surety insurance. He graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor's degree in physical education and psychology and earned his master's degree in business administration from the University of Nevada.
Joe Gaudio is a Senior Vice President for UnitedHealthcare Community & State. In this role he is responsible for empowering and supporting local market UnitedHealthcare health plans. Joe began his career with UnitedHealth Group in 1998, serving as Chief Financial Officer of United Healthcare of Arizona and as West Region and Public Sector CFO for United Healthcare. Joe is a Certified Public Accountant who began his career with Arthur Andersen & Company in the Audit Division after attaining his B.S., Accounting, from Arizona State University, magna cum laude, in 1987.
