Ms. Davis was appointed to the position of Medical Center Director of VA Maine Healthcare System (HCS) on April 14, 2019. [9] She oversees a comprehensive health care system classified as a Complexity Level 1C facility. [9] She began her career in 2004 as a health administration fellow at VA Pittsburgh Health Care System and has held positions of increasing complexity and responsibility at VA facilities across the nation. [9] She previously served as Associate Director for the VA Maine Healthcare System from 2013-2015. [9] Most recently, she served as the Deputy Director, VA Portland Health Care System and as Interim Director at both the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center in Spokane, Washington and the VA Long Beach Health Care System. [9] Ms. Davis is a board-certified health care executive and Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). [9] She is a graduate of VHA’s Health Care Leadership Development Program and the Office of Personnel Management’s Senior Executive Assessment Program.
