Assistant Commissioner, Division of Medical Assistance and Health Services (Medicaid Director)

Leads New Jersey's Medicaid program (NJ FamilyCare). Has led policy and innovation work at the Division of Medical Assistance and Health Services (DMAHS) since 2019, including the renewal of New Jersey's 1115 demonstration, introduction of new payment models, and the unwinding of COVID-19 eligibility rules. Previously worked at the federal Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation and the federal Department of Health and Human Services. Also worked for a health policy consulting firm and a non-profit focused on behavioral health. Holds a Master's in Public Affairs from Princeton University and a bachelor's degree from Columbia University.
