Drew Gonshorowski is the Director of the Division of Medicaid and Long-Term Care in the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services. [2, 3] He began serving in the position on December 9, 2024. [2, 5] For the past 12 years, Gonshorowski has served as a policy analyst, most recently as senior research fellow for Paragon Health Institute and before that, with The Heritage Foundation.
