Tommy Ibrahim is the president and CEO of Sanford Health Plan, which serves members across South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, and North Dakota. In this role, he oversees the development of managed-care products, payment models, and integrated service-delivery strategies. He has over 15 years of leadership experience in healthcare, previously serving as president & CEO of Bassett Healthcare Network, executive vice president and chief physician executive for INTEGRIS Health, chief physician officer and vice president of medical affairs at MercyOne, and senior vice president and chief physician executive at St. John's Hospital. He is a board-certified hospitalist and holds an MBA from Columbia University and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Seton Hall University.
John Snyder has over 40 years of experience in healthcare executive leadership. He previously led Sanford Health Plan (SHP), which serves members in South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa. Under his leadership, SHP strengthened its partnership with the Sanford provider system and launched its Medicare Advantage product. Prior to SHP, he held dual roles as president and CEO of Health Alliance Medical Plans and Executive Vice President/System Chief Operating Officer with Carle Health System. He is currently a Senior Advisor at BDC Advisors and Chief Operating Officer at Wellth.
