Starting in 2025, St. Luke's Health Plan will be fully administered locally in downtown Boise, Idaho. This change involves integrating services previously handled by third-party partners into an in-house team to better serve members. Key changes include having local Idahoans answer customer service calls, handling claims and appeals internally, integrating health and insurance records in MyChart, providing digital ID cards in MyChart, offering easier premium payments through MyChart, and sunsetting old member and client portals on January 17, 2025. Members should have received a Member Guidebook and new ID cards in late December, and new 2025 benefits took effect on January 1.
