As President and CEO of Baylor Scott & White Health Plan, Jeff Ingrum combines his passion for healthcare and people in serving more than 500,000 members in Texas and leading nearly 800 employees. Since taking the helm in April 2016, Jeff has led Baylor Scott & White Health Plan through several remarkable transformations, including doubling the size of the Health Plan through the 2019 acquisition of FirstCare Health Plans. He also received recognition by U.S. News & World Report as one of the 2022 “Best” Insurance Companies for Medicare Advantage. Prior to this role, Jeff served for 18 years as President and CEO of Health Alliance Medical Plans and 10 years as their Chief Financial Officer. He earned a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Eastern Illinois University and a Master of Health Administration degree from the College of St. Francis.
