Steve Kelmar is the Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Oscar. He is responsible for driving and implementing corporate strategy, guiding Oscar's long-term growth roadmap, and running the executive management operating model. Prior to joining Oscar, he held senior executive positions at CVS Health Corporation, Aetna Inc., Novartis, and Medtronic. He also served in President George H. W. Bush's administration as an Assistant Secretary at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Pennsylvania State University and resides in Alexandria, Virginia.
