Updates have been made to the Local Coverage Determination (LCD) and Article Update History for Jurisdiction H, which includes New Mexico. These updates reflect changes to the LCD process, including reconsideration and Contractor Advisory Committee meetings. Novitas is also considering feedback on the Genetic Testing for Oncology LCD and has been granted an extension by CMS. Revisions to articles are planned in response to the 2025 annual HCPCS/CPT and ICD-10-CM code updates. An LCD posted for comment in late August 2024 became effective on April 6, 2025.
