Supports DHHS Divisions in developing, implementing, operating and financing the joint federal/state partnership for the services under the NH state plan and the waivers for NH's Medicaid Program. Relevant professional experience includes serving as a Hospital CFO, Board Chair of the NH Hospital Association, Board service for an FQHC and CCRC. Dealt with complex financial transactions, testified in federal court on financial and reimbursement matters involving Medicaid, and testified for the US Department of Justice in the Anthem-CIGNA Merger trial. Has an MBA from Boston University and a BS.
