Began his career with the Morris County Sheriff's Office/Bureau of Corrections in September of 1999. Worked in the Intake/Processing Unit and the Policy and Procedures Unit as an Officer. Promoted to Sergeant in 2007, managing the Policy and Procedures Unit and the New Jersey Department of Corrections State Inspection. Promoted to Lieutenant in 2012, assigned as Administrative Lieutenant managing the Training Unit, Fire Safety Unit, Medical Unit, Policy and Procedures Unit and Quartermaster Unit. Overseen both the New Jersey Department of Corrections State Inspection and Accreditation Departments. While managing the Accreditation Department, the Morris County Correctional Facility received its 4th accreditation from the American Correctional Association. Promoted to Warden for the Morris County Correctional Facility in August of 2013. Oversees the day-to-day operations of the correctional facility. Graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice.
As Sheriff, he oversees the Morris County Sheriff's Office, which includes the Bureau of Corrections and the Morris County Correctional Facility. Has praised the correctional facility's staff for their dedication and professionalism.
