MESSA members gained access to a new benefit starting January 1, 2025, offering virtual physical therapy and pain relief at home through a partnership with Hinge Health. This program provides personalized care plans, exercise sessions via an app, one-on-one support from a physical therapist or health coach, and motion tracking for feedback. The benefit is available at no extra cost to all eligible MESSA members and covered dependents 18 and older.
