State Leadership

Lisa Farrell

President

Selected as President effective January 18, 2022. She brings over 23 years of experience in leading health and related services companies. Ms. Farrell most recently served as the President and CEO of My Health by Health Providers, a collaboration of twelve North Carolina health systems. Her previous leadership roles included President of Presbyterian Health Plan, Inc., and Vice President of Integrated Care Solutions for Presbyterian Healthcare Services. She has a proven track record of leveraging integrated systems to redesign traditional health care delivery. The time she has spent in North Carolina has allowed her to work with providers across the state. [6, 8]

Greg Bray

Chief Financial Officer

Served as interim President from 2018 and returned to his role as CFO full-time upon Lisa Farrell's appointment as President. [5, 6, 8]

Tony Collins

Director of Customer Experience

A member of the leadership team. He oversees customer and client service teams. Tony has prior experience leading benefits administration teams in both customer service and human resources, including rising to leadership positions at MedCost 12 years prior and serving as Benefits Manager at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.
