The new 100,000 sq ft building is designed to support a hybrid workforce with various flexible spaces for collaboration and individual work, including lounges, a cafe, and conference rooms, as well as a two-story parking garage. This project aims to consolidate administrative facilities and create a modern campus to attract and retain staff, ultimately improving service to patients and members. Patient access to the Portland Health Care Center at this location remains unaffected, with access available via the main entrance on Veranda Street.
