On February 1, 2025, Martin's Point officially began the process of creating a central campus at their Veranda Street location in Portland, Maine, following final approval from the City of Portland in late 2024 for a new building adjacent to the existing Health Care Center. The project aims to consolidate administrative facilities and create a modern campus to attract and retain a high-quality workforce, with a target completion date in 2027.

MD, has over 38 years of experience in the medical field. After receiving his undergraduate degree from Duke University, he went on to receive his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine. From 2010 – 2021 he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer with Tufts Associated Health Plans. He was affiliated with St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Boston and is currently affiliated with Mount Auburn Hospital – a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School – and formerly served on the Martin's Point Board of Directors, having formerly held the role of Board Chair.

David H. Howes

Former President and Chief Executive Officer, Executive Consultant

Joined Martin's Point Health Care as a primary care physician in 1989 and served as President and Chief Executive Officer from 1996 to 2022. Remained available as executive consultant following the transition.
