Catherine Field is a seasoned executive leader with more than 25 years of health care experience. She joined Humana in 2011 as Director of Operations for Senior Products in Washington and Oregon. Over the next six years, she held several leadership roles overseeing Humana's Intermountain Region, which included Idaho, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. Prior to Humana, she was a pharmaceutical sales leader at Sanofi-Aventis. Under her leadership, Humana has added new Medicare Advantage plan offerings and expanded value-based provider relationships. She serves as a mentor and advocates for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives. She received the Beth Bierbower Legacy Award in 2020. Catherine holds a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business in Seattle. Her office was based out of Federal Way, WA. [4, 6]
