Humana has expanded its value-based oncology care through a new agreement with Thyme Care. This partnership provides eligible Humana Medicare Advantage members in several states, including Pennsylvania, with access to Thyme Care's services. These services include 24/7 virtual care navigation, support from a care team comprising oncology nurses, nurse practitioners, social workers, and resource specialists, as well as assistance with medication guidance, symptom management, urgent care, chronic condition management, and palliative care. The collaboration aims to tackle challenges in cancer care by utilizing virtual care, data-driven insights, and interventions led by providers.
