Joined Health First as President and Chief Executive Officer in August 2024. Previously served in the same capacity at Adventist Health Care in Maryland for a decade. His team is also responsible for Community Benefit programs and community partnerships. Additionally, he is the Designated Institutional Official for Graduate Medical Education Programs. Michael joined the Health First Foundation as President in October 2016. He has more than 25 years of experience in building and strengthening comprehensive fund development strategies for both health systems and not-for-profit organizations.
