Health Net Federal Services' claims support line for the TRICARE West Region ended on April 30, 2025. As of May 1, 2025, TriWest Healthcare Alliance is the contact for West Region customer service. This change affects the processing of claims for services rendered prior to January 1, 2025. The HNFS TRICARE website (tricare-west.com) will remain available with limited content through June 30, 2025, for checking the status of claims submitted by April 30, 2025.

Health Net Federal Services is offering TRICARE T2017 West Region claims support through April 2025. This is in anticipation of the contract change where TriWest Healthcare Alliance takes over the TRICARE West Region contract on January 1, 2025.
