Jim Milanowski has over 30 years' experience in the management of mental health, substance abuse, behavioral health managed care and medical care coverage programs. [3] He currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Genesee Health Plan, a position he has held since 2015. [3, 8] Previously, he was the Vice President of Marketing and Development for the Genesee, Saginaw and Bay Health Plans. [3] He is a limited-licensed psychologist in the state of Michigan and has extensive counseling experience. [3, 6] Milanowski is also the President of the Michigan Association of County Health Plans and a Board of Directors member for the Shelter of Flint. [3] He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Spring Arbor University and his Master's of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Eastern Michigan University. E. Yvonne Lewis is the Director of Outreach at Genesee Health Plan. [2, 4, 8, 13, 14] She is also the Founder/CEO of the National Center for African American Health Consciousness and a community health advocate with over 30 years of experience. [4, 8] Through the National Center, she facilitates community education sessions on social determinants of health and provides resources for under-served communities. [4] At Genesee Health Plan, she identifies and supports efforts to engage difficult-to-reach populations and is involved in developing programs, health fairs, and enrollment opportunities.
