CEO

Sean Jessup is the CEO of Eastern Oregon CCO and vice president of Medicare & Medicaid Programs at Moda Health. He has worked in Oregon healthcare for over two decades, holding leadership positions at Moda in claims, customer service, provider contracting, and benefits programming. He oversees the operational and financial performance of EOCCO and Moda's role within the OHSU Integrated Delivery System. Sean works with various stakeholders, including boards, elected officials, and providers, to implement innovative programs and Value Based Payment models. He also assumed responsibility for Moda's Medicare programs in Oregon in July 2020 and led the launch of Summit Health Plan, Inc., where he serves as President. Prior to Moda, he worked for Quest Diagnostics and a medical billing company. He is an alumnus of the Strategic Marketing Management Executive Program at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.
