Mike oversees a multitude of functions including benefit review, member advocacy, client accounting, FSA/CDHP, PBM, stop loss, network operations and operational PMO. He brings over 30 years of leadership, management and insurance experience to his role. In his previous role as Vice President of Operations, Mike worked closely with the Great Lakes region Executive Client Relations team. Before joining Meritain Health in 2004, he was deputy CIO for the state of Michigan. Prior to that role, Mike worked with Allmerica Financial for 17 years. Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration management from Lake Superior State University. He has also earned his Chartered Insurance Operations Professional (CIOP) designation. Megan is from Lansing, Michigan. She has been with Meritain Health since 2013. Prior to her current role, she was a learning consultant and senior trainer. Megan attended Grand Valley State University where she received her degree in Public and Nonprofit Administration with a Community Health focus. [2]
