Stan brings more than 20 years of experience to his role as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, where he is responsible for the national business development and retention strategy for absence services. He specializes in the development of absence and disability service and distribution partnerships, operationalizing service enhancements, and developing value-added products. Prior to joining ComPsych, Stan served as Vice President of National Accounts Distribution and Strategic Partnerships at Sun Life for six years, preceded by an 11-year stint at Liberty Mutual as Central Region Vice President of Group Life, Disability and Absence. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of MATR-Water Service Authority in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
