[5] He also serves as executive vice president and chief financial and strategy officer of the Carle health system. [2, 5] Hesch began his career at Carle in 2006, when he served as Carle Clinic Association chief financial officer. [5] He then led as system chief financial officer for nearly a decade. [5] He has been key to Carle's investment in physician and administrative leadership, while also balancing the organization through annual cost-saving initiatives. [5]
