Sarah Musser is the HAP CareSource Market President and oversees the program operations and initiatives for the organization across the state of Michigan, including building the strategic partnerships that help achieve better health outcomes. She has over a decade of experience in health care management and finance, with previous leadership roles at Cardinal Health, Battelle, and EY. She also served on the board of directors of BMI Federal Credit Union. She holds a bachelor's degree from Shawnee State (OH) University and a master's degree from The Ohio State University and is a certified public accountant. She previously served as vice president of market operations for HAP CareSource in Michigan and as vice president of regional finance and CFO at CareSource prior to the HAP joint venture.
Steve Smitherman is the Regional Vice President for the Midwest at CareSource, where he oversees health plans across Indiana, Arkansas, Michigan and Kentucky/West Virginia.
Holly Hans serves as the Vice President Claims & Configuration of CareSource. She started at CareSource in May of 2018 and currently resides in the Greater Grand Rapids, Michigan Area.
