Dr. Boghara is the Chief Executive Officer of CareFirst Wellness Associates. He completed his Family Medicine residency at Trover Health System in Kentucky in 2011 and earned an MBA in Health Care Management from the University of Texas in 2015. He held positions such as Hospitalist Director at Apogee Physicians in Texas, Facility Medical Director at Methodist Charlton Medical Center, and Medical Director at WellMed Medical Management. He founded CareFirst Primary and Wellness Centers in September 2016 by acquiring Adelitas Medical Clinic in Dallas, Texas, and opened a second practice in DeSoto, Texas, in September 2017. By 2019, he acquired ten Family Medicine practices in the Dallas area. In March 2021, he sold CareFirst Medical Group to WellMed Management. In December 2021, he acquired Southern Plains Medical Center in Oklahoma and, in early 2022, More MD in Surprise, Arizona, as well as additional practices in Kingman, Prescott, and Lake Havasu. [2]
