Matt All is the President and CEO of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas (BCBSKS). [2, 4] He joined BCBSKS in 2006 as its General Counsel and became the eighth President and CEO in April 2018. Treena Mason is the Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas (BCBSKS). [8] She has served in this role since 2023. Staci Berger joined BCBSKS in July (2024) as the new Vice President of Network Solutions. [7] In this role, Staci will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative network programs and creating high-value network products and solutions. [7] Berger brings more than 20 years of experience in the health care industry, having previously held significant roles at UnitedHealthcare and Humana. [7] A native Kansan, Staci is deeply passionate about serving members and has a strong background in optimizing health care operations and network processes. [7]

Mandy Harris was recently named Chief of Staff, reporting directly to Matt All, President/CEO.
