The Communities Connected – Hill Country group, part of the Baylor Scott & White Central Texas Foundation, donated over $27,000 in 2024 to support the needs of Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Marble Falls. The funds were specifically allocated to purchase a stretcher for the emergency department, designed with enhanced safety and comfort features for both patients and staff.

Baylor Scott & White Texas Spine & Joint Hospital reported a data security incident where an unauthorized party accessed a company email account. This breach potentially compromised sensitive patient information, including names, dates of birth, medical information, and billing and claims information. Baylor Scott & White Health is set to open its new medical center in Frisco, Texas, at PGA Parkway in the summer of 2025. The facility is a 340,000-square-foot, 84-bed hospital offering a range of services including cardiovascular care, emergency care, women's health, surgery, lab, and imaging. The campus will also feature communal green spaces and over two miles of trails. Construction on the project began in 2023 and the opening is anticipated in July 2025.

Baylor Scott & White Health's medical center in McKinney is planning a vertical expansion set to begin in the fall of 2025. The project is expected to add up to 84,000 square feet by its completion, with plans to add a seventh and eighth floor to the hospital to meet the increasing demand for hospital services in the rapidly growing McKinney area.
