[1] Since taking the helm in April 2016, Jeff has led Baylor Scott & White Health Plan through several remarkable transformations, including doubling the size of the Health Plan through the 2019 acquisition of FirstCare Health Plans in Austin, Texas. [1] Prior to leading Baylor Scott & White Health Plan, Jeff served for 18 years as President and CEO of Health Alliance Medical Plans, in Urbana, Ill., and 10 years as their Chief Financial Officer. [1] Jeff earned his Bachelor of Accounting degree from Eastern Illinois University, Charleston, Ill., and a Master of Health Administration degree from the College of St. Francis, Joliet, Ill. [1]
