Banner Health acquired seven primary care clinics and two walk-in locations in northern Colorado from Village Medical on May 1, 2025. This acquisition brings 46 providers and over 150 support staff under Banner Medical Group, expanding Banner's primary care network in areas including Fort Collins, Longmont, Loveland, and Windsor. The clinics are expected to be rebranded and fully integrated into the Banner Health system in the coming months, aiming to improve access to care in the region, adding to Banner's existing presence of over 30 primary care and specialty clinics and three hospitals in northern Colorado.
