Mr. Hamm was President and Chief Executive Officer of Assurant Health starting in January 2003. He first joined Assurant Health in 1982, holding several executive positions until 1993. He rejoined Assurant Health in 1999 as Chief Financial Officer. He previously worked with William M. Mercer, Tillinghast-Towers Perrin, and as Vice President of the Southeast Region for Blue Cross/ Blue Shield of Wisconsin. Mr. Hamm is a Fellow in the Society of Actuaries, a member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and a Fellow of the Life Management Institute.
Mr. Lamnin was the incoming President and Chief Executive Officer of Assurant Health in January 2011, succeeding Donald Hamm. He served as Assurant Health COO starting in 2009. As COO, he was responsible for the actuarial, marketing, sales, and product offerings. He is an 18-year veteran of Assurant and previously held Chief Financial Officer positions for Assurant Solutions and Assurant Specialty Property.
Mr. Dziedzic was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Assurant Health before moving to the role of Senior Vice President, New Business Development in August 2012. He joined Assurant Health in 2000 and held various leadership roles in its actuarial and finance departments prior to being appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2010. He holds a degree in mathematics from the University of Southern California, is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries (AAA).
Mr. Berquist was promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer for Assurant Health in August 2012. He joined the company in 2002 and held various positions, becoming Vice President and Chief Actuary in 2010. He retained the Chief Actuary role along with his CFO responsibilities. Mr. Berquist holds the FSA designation and is a member of the AAA.
Mr. Norderhaug became Senior Vice President and Executive Sales Officer for Assurant Health in July 2010. He had held various sales executive roles at Assurant Health for 17 years prior to this appointment.
Mr. Krienke became Senior Vice President – product and marketing for Assurant Health in July 2010. He joined the company in 1984 and previously served as Senior Vice President – product lines. His prior roles also included Vice President – human resources and Vice President – claims and customer service. He led the development of Medical Savings Account and Health Savings Account products.
