Over 17 years of experience as a bedside nurse. Led the first inpatient COVID unit and stood up an observation for Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis. Has experience in home care, hospice, and inpatient care. Passionate about serving the underserved and vulnerable patients, and growing future leaders of healthcare.
Graduated from medical school in Missouri. Completed family medicine residency training at Ascension Genesys Hospital in Grand Blanc, MI. Served as medical director of several skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, and as site director of a federally qualified health center in Indianapolis. Has more than 16 years of practice experience with a particular focus and interest in serving adult and geriatric patients. Joined Ascension Living in November 2021.
